Company History

Grossman Forestry of Michigan's Upper Peninsula opened its doors in 1990.  Since that time, we have been managing over 375,000 acres.  We have a history of professionalism and award winning performance.  We are a privately owned Upper Peninsula forestry consulting firm that assists Upper Peninsula's private landowners with forestry and wildlife management.

Our company currently employs nine full-time consulting foresters with secretarial support.  As president of Grossman Forestry since 1990, Gerald H. Grossman is intimately familiar with all aspects of Upper Peninsula forest management.

As an avid hunter and fisherman, Gerald also understands the importance of maintaining a vigorous habitat for fish and wildlife.
